Once you are invited to interviews, be it on the phone or in person, you need to do your 'home work' and start learning about your new potential employer and its products and the procedures they use. Also, it's helpful to familiarize yourself with the questions that interviewers and HR managers tend to ask, some are quite tricky if you hear them the first time...
